Q: Why hasn't my deposit arrived yet even I already resubmit the deposit order for several times?
A: If your BIGMUMBAI account deposit is not arrived yet, you need to submit it at the BIGMUMBAI Self-Service Center and then follow this step:
- Select the question "Deposit not received"
- Click "Submit UTR" to the deposit order that you already paid
- Fill in the UTR number
- Fill in the recipient UPI ID
- Fill in the PDF password (if the PDF file contain password)
- Upload a photo of the deposit receipt (clear and detail)
- Upload a video of the bank statement (if not received more than 1 day)
- Upload a PDF bank statement (if not received more than 3 days)
- Click "Confirm" to submit issue
Note: You need to ensure that all the data you provide is correct, clear and detailed so that our deposit department will help you to check faster.
Due to bank reasons, many UTR will be delayed in arrival. If the self-service center replies that your recharge is being queued, it is recommended that you consult your payment bank to understand the UTR status!
